1、 Working principle:
The vast majority of material molecules in nature can absorb infrared light, and the absorption and conversion of spectral energy can be used for qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the internal components of materials
When monochromatic light of a specific wavelength passes through the measured solution sample, its light energy will be absorbed. The strength of light absorption is proportional to the concentration of the measured solution, in accordance with Beer's law:A= log (1/T)=log(I0/I).
The infrared oil analyzer is based on this principle and uses infrared spectrophotometry for measurement. After scanning the sample with a monochromatic spectrum, it can display and print the spectral and absorption peak wavenumber positions of the sample. It can quickly and accurately measure the total oil concentration in the sample.
